Questions we get
Can I use it today?
Scheduling, time off, cover, overtime rules and a browser time clock with timesheets work now. We are in early access, so join the list and we will open it up in stages.
Does it run payroll?
Not yet. Payroll with direct deposit is planned, starting with Canada. In the US you get scheduling, time off, cover and a clear pay estimate for now.
Where is my data kept?
US companies are stored in North America. Canadian companies are stored in Canada.
Does it work for my state?
Overtime rules are fully editable, so you can set a weekly threshold, a daily one or both. Ready made US federal and state defaults are on the roadmap, so check every rule against your own obligations.
How is it different from a scheduling app?
Most scheduling apps stop at the calendar. Vulodi is built to carry the same data into time tracking and payroll, so you enter things once.
